2. Services & Licensing

We provide AI-powered marketing tools, CRM software (SimianSync CRM), funnel builds, automation strategy, and digital course infrastructure.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our services for your own business use.
Reselling, copying, or redistributing our systems or templates without written consent is prohibited.

3. CRM & Software Use

SimianSync CRM includes:

30-Day Free Trial
Automated email/SMS tools
Lead tracking, CRM pipeline tagging
AI follow-ups and integrated scheduling

After the trial, your subscription will convert to a paid plan unless canceled. You are responsible for managing your billing preferences.

4. Payment Terms

All products and services are billed in U.S. Dollars.

Upfront Payment: Required for Launch Layer™, Funnel Core™, and related offers.
Recurring Billing: Applies to SimianSync CRM and select packages.
Failure to Pay: May result in suspension of services.

5. Guarantee Policy

For our marketing services:

“90-Day Guarantee: If you don’t receive measurable results within 90 days, we will continue to work for free until results are achieved. This does not apply to client-side delays, unapproved creative, or changes in scope.”

6. AI Tool Disclaimer

We use AI-driven tools to optimize performance, create content, and automate lead generation. These tools do not guarantee specific income levels or results. Individual performance depends on your business model, market demand, and your implementation.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Lost profits, business interruption, or indirect damages
Platform outages or third-party integration issues
Misuse of our systems or failure to implement

Our liability will never exceed the amount you paid us in the past 90 days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, systems, and frameworks provided by Fullstack Monkey are owned by Full Stack Monkey, LLC. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell without explicit written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse our systems. You may cancel your services at any time via your account or by emailing support.
